Sessions scheduled via your account portal.
Reschedules require 24 hours notice
Late cancellations/no-shows may be counted as used sessions
Communication Boundaries
Between-session support via Voxer/email during business hours Monday - Friday, 10 am - 4 pm pst
Typical response time: within 2 business days
Coaching is not crisis support. In crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.
Payment & Refunds
Payment due in full or via approved plan prior to start
There are no refunds once container begins
