Private Coaching Policies

Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Sessions scheduled via your account portal.

  • Reschedules require 24 hours notice

  • Late cancellations/no-shows may be counted as used sessions

Communication Boundaries

  • Between-session support via Voxer/email during business hours Monday - Friday, 10 am - 4 pm pst

  • Typical response time: within 2 business days

  • Coaching is not crisis support. In crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

Payment & Refunds

  • Payment due in full or via approved plan prior to start

  • There are no refunds once container begins

  • Coaching supports clarity, boundaries, strategy, aligned action

  • Not a substitute for therapy, legal, medical, or financial advice

Confidentiality

  • Coaching is confidential within limits of law and platform security
